Improves reflexes, motor skills, endurance, focus.... when I told my doctor I wanted BeatPunch and then shared how it went... he was thrilled. It's so much more fun with music... you feel happy and calm after a session.

Frequently asked questions
Why choose BeatPunch over a generic model found online?
On generic models, the most common complaint is missed hit detection. With BeatPunch, detection is reliable on every strike, and you buy from a brand with a real track record, an active community, and verified reviews — not an anonymous seller.
Can I play my own music?
Yes — the machine connects via Bluetooth straight to your phone, so you play whatever you want on the music streaming app of your choice.
Is it suitable if I'm not athletic, or if I'm a beginner?
Yes — that's exactly what it's built for. Our customers range from 15 to 70, from seasoned athletes to total beginners. It's not a pro boxing training tool; it's a fun fitness machine accessible at every level.
How does the machine mount, and does it really hold over time?
Hook-and-loop adhesive strips, no drilling and no marks, installed in a few minutes. 96% of our customers still use their BeatPunch on the wall with no holding issues.
Can you use the machine without gloves?
Yes, absolutely. For more comfort and better hand protection, we still recommend proper gloves — several of our packs already include a pair.
What are the delivery times, and what happens if there's an issue?
Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery then takes 6 to 9 business days. Our team stays available to find a solution if anything goes wrong.
Still unsure? Here's why BeatPunch remains the safest choice.
