Why don't we have a phone number?
We currently have a phone number being set up.
This number is currently under maintenance as it was not designed to handle a large number of phone calls, we do not have a call center .
BeatPunch was designed online , including our customer service.
Although you may receive an automated response from time to time, all channels are managed by human staff who want to help you , quickly and efficiently .

Does Beat Punch have a physical store where I can view or buy your products?
no, Beat Punch is an online store exclusively .
We do not have a physical store .
All our transactions and product consultations are done directly on our website .
This allows us to offer a wide range of products and update them regularly .

📆 Delivery time: 7 to 14 working days.

Please note : Although 95% of our packages arrive in less than 14 business days , certain events such as massive promotions, difficult weather conditions or stock shortages can extend the time to 21 business days .

IN FRANCE THERE ARE NO CUSTOMS FEES ON OUR PRODUCTS.
We recommend checking local import taxes if you think you may need to pay additional fees.
Retour ?
Nous vous informons que vous disposez de 14 jours pour renvoyer un produit s'il est endommagé ou non fonctionnel. Cette période commence à compter de la date de réception de votre commande. Il est important de noter que pour bénéficier de cette politique de retour, le produit doit être retourné dans son état d'origine, sans avoir été utilisé, et avec tous ses accessoires et emballages d'origine intacts.
Toutefois, si la machine a été utilisée, aucun retour ne sera accepté. Nous tenons à souligner que l'utilisation de la machine annule automatiquement votre droit de retour, même si le produit présente des dysfonctionnements après usage. Dans ce cas, nous vous recommandons de contacter notre service après-vente pour toute assistance technique ou réparation sous garantie.
